This class is suitable for those with some experience.
‘Ashtanga Flow’ is an energising, flow style practice incorporating the postures of Ashtanga Yoga’s Primary Series.
This style of Yoga will build on strength, flexibility, mobility and stamina as well as cultivating mindfulness and awareness, both on and off your yoga mat.
Beginning with standing postures and moving onto seated postures which can include back-bends, twists and inversions with plenty of time given at the end of class for savasana and deep rest.
