Join us, in person, together, to welcome August's Full Moon.
The Full Moon is typically the most Yang time of the lunar cycle so we will move mindfully, gently flowing through the M O O N S A L U T A T I O N S (Chandra Namaskar) to create harmony and balance in the nervous system.
The moon salutations keep the body cool, calm and collected and is a great practice for shifting us into the parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest).
This class will focus on;
-Anatomically- hips and the hamstrings,
-Keeping the nervous system calm,
-Connecting body and breath,
-Remaining mindful as we move.
We will finish with deep rest and meditation.
